Regulation in the field of ABA is a necessary step to protect children.

An RBT is not qualified (nor licensed) to oversee an ABA centre. Even with a BCBA supervising, this is in opposition to the BACB's (bacb.com) position regarding licensing. 

With more transparency provided by the Ontario government, parents would be made aware of the levels of licensing, and the educational requirements of each to ensure they seek services from providers who are properly trained, and properly licensed.

Please seek services where the Clinical Director is a BCBA, or a Psychologist with training in Behaviour Analysis.
